Delete a User Account

Administrators have permission to delete users from the Knowledge Tier. Be mindful that once a user is deleted, the user account cannot be recovered.

To delete a user account from the Knowledge Tier:

  1. Click User Accounts in the Guidance Panel.

    OR:

    Click the Accounts tab on the Administration menu.

  1. Select a user on the Add Account panel; the user’s profile displays on the right-side panel.
  2. Click Delete; a message displays to confirm.
  3. Click Yes, Delete; the user is removed from the Knowledge Tier.
